The Color of Money
Our Marketing Concept and Approach - The Color of Money
The Color of Money is a marketing concept and practical approach that we use that simply focuses on the organizational mindset (i.e. the internal and external cultural components) of the business. It's a living ideology that focuses around "The Color of Business" in the 21st century; we help organizations create an organizational mindset i.e. a thought process; that enables them to leverage Diversity, Inclusion, Engagement and Culture in relationship to strategic marketing and business development to create a true competitive advantage. Whether that is internal or external; the point is this - the Color of Money has no bias - who cares what a person looks like, their orientation, their belief systems, or any difference whatsoever; what matters is are we (the organization) aligned to who we say we are and if so we will attract and retain talent and customers; and that doesn't happen by chance it happens on purpose. We ask organizations, leaders, teams, entrepreneurs and businesses to look deep within themselves as a means to building community local and global that sits in alignment with the authenticity of the organization and its living ideology.
Our Approach is always : Simple, Creative, and Weird!
"As founder of J5K - I want to share what I mean when I say a living ideology - I think about here at home (Seattle, WA) in the USA we have a United States constitution that in my opinion is more than words on a paper it's supreme law; it was an idea, a concept that has become a living ideology, an ideology that has been challenged to be more inclusive, an ideology that has been amended to ensure all that have pledged allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands ONE nation under God for liberty, and justice for all...; that we the people have the burden and responsibility alone to bring to life... this living ideology and we as a nation locally, nationally and globally are constantly striving to become what those words say we are a more perfect union, a more perfect world, a more perfect community for all people to grow and become all that America has sacrificed for US to be United as one people to connect in a fundamental way.
Organizations have to do the same regardless of size and the number of years in business, if you are not striving to become who you say you are, here's the honest to goodness secret your business is already at a disadvantage for the 21st century." This is about understanding the strategic components both macro and micro internally and externally.
